The Nord Est Haiti Lutheran Mission (NEHLM) is a Lutheran, non-profit organization of Faith Lutheran Church with its headquarters in La Grande, Oregon, and co-sponsored with Lamb of God LCMS, Lake Stevens, Washington. Established as a sponsorship program, NEHLM is committed to supporting a girls' orphanage with 51 girls, a boys' orphanage with 20 boys, a primary school for 180 children, and ministry of Rev. Daniel Paul of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Haiti in Ouanaminthe, Haiti. "La Premiere Eglise Evangelique Lutherienne de Ouanaminthe" holds church services on Sunday mornings, worship services on Wednesday and Sunday evenings, and Bible study on Friday evenings and Sunday Mornings.
